Return & Refund Policy
Our policy on returns, refunds, and replacements.
Effective Date: March 22, 2026
At Bairiyawala (Sole Proprietorship), we deal in edible food products (dry fruits), and therefore follow strict hygiene and safety standards.
1 No Return Policy (General Rule)
- All products sold on our website are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- This is due to the perishable and consumable nature of dry fruits.
2 Exceptions (Valid Cases Only)
We only accept return/replacement requests in the following cases:
- ✔ Wrong product delivered
- ✔ Damaged product received
- ✔ Missing items in the order
3 Time Limit to Report Issue
- You must report the issue within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.
- Complaints after this period will not be accepted.
4 Proof Required (Mandatory)
To process your request, you must provide:
- Clear unboxing video (preferred) OR
- Photos showing:
- Package condition
- Product issue
Without proof → request will be rejected.
5 Resolution Process
Once your request is verified:
- We may offer:
- Replacement of product
- OR refund (in rare approved cases)
Decision will be at our sole discretion after verification.
6 Refund Process
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- Refund will be credited to:
- Original payment method
- OR bank account (if applicable)
7 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer / UPI only.
8 Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once shipped → no cancellation allowed.
9 Non-Eligible Cases
Important: We will NOT accept returns/refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Taste preference issues
- Minor packaging variations
- Delay caused by courier/logistics
- Incorrect address provided by customer
