  • We currently ship across India only.
  • International shipping is not available.

2 Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3 Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 working days depending on your location.
  • Remote or rural areas may take longer.

4 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout.
  • We may offer free shipping on selected orders or promotional offers.

5 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on eligible orders.
  • A flat additional charge of ₹50 will be applied on all COD orders.
  • This fee will be clearly shown at checkout before order confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to disable COD for certain locations or orders.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

    • Courier partner details

7 Delays in Delivery

8 Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address:
    • Re-shipping charges may apply

9 Damaged or Tampered Package

If the package appears damaged or tampered:
  • Do not accept the delivery, OR
  • Record a proper unboxing video
