This Shipping Policy outlines how Bairiyawala (Sole Proprietorship) processes and delivers orders placed on our website.
1 Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship across India only.
- International shipping is not available.
2 Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3 Delivery Timeline
- Estimated delivery time: 3–7 working days depending on your location.
- Remote or rural areas may take longer.
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
4 Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout.
- We may offer free shipping on selected orders or promotional offers.
5 Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on eligible orders.
- A flat additional charge of ₹50 will be applied on all COD orders.
- This fee will be clearly shown at checkout before order confirmation.
- We reserve the right to disable COD for certain locations or orders.
6 Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- Tracking ID
- Courier partner details
You can track your order using the provided tracking link.
7 Delays in Delivery
Delivery may be delayed due to:
- Weather conditions
- Courier partner delays
- High order volume
- Incorrect or incomplete address
We are not liable for delays beyond our control, but we will assist you in resolving issues.
8 Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address:
- Re-shipping charges may apply
9 Damaged or Tampered Package
If the package appears damaged or tampered:
- Do not accept the delivery, OR
- Record a proper unboxing video

10 Multiple Shipments
- Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately.
- No additional shipping charges will be applied unless specified.
11 Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including:

- Strikes or lockdowns
- Government restrictions
- Transportation disruptions
